In 2018 Giovanni Hänninen was called by Bijoy Jain to document the projects carried out by Studio Mumbai in India.
Construction sites, renewed installations, a vision that finally gives entirety to the different cultural institutions hosted in Pilotta spaces. These are the cornerstones of the new ambitious project by Simone Verde, director of the Complesso Monumentale Pilotta, in Parma.
Started in 2017, the project should be completed within the end of 2021, turning an inaccessible fort into an international museum, narrated through a photographic tale by Giovanni Hänninen.
Cantieri ovunque, riallestimenti, una visione che finalmente restituisce unitarietà alle tante istituzioni culturali ospitate in Pilotta: sono i pilastri dell’ambizioso progetto di Simone Verde, direttore del Complesso Monumentale di Parma.
Un progetto iniziato nel 2017 e che dovrebbe vedere la sua conclusione entro il 2022, trasformando una fortezza inaccessibile in un museo di rilievo internazionale, raccontato attraverso un lavoro fotografico di Giovanni Hänninen.
